2. Your rights

You have the right at any time to information about the data stored about you, to rectification, to erasure, to restriction of processing, to data portability and to object to processing. You may withdraw consent you have given at any time with effect for the future. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority: Berliner Beauftragte für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit (Berlin Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information).

3. Server log files

When you access this website, information is automatically stored in what are known as server log files: IP address, date and time of access, the URL requested, the referrer URL and the browser used (user agent). This data is technically necessary in order to deliver the website and to ensure its security and stability. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest). This data is not combined with other data sources.

4. Contact and registration form

If you contact us via the registration form, we process the details you provide: name, email address, phone number, the licence class you want, where applicable the transmission you prefer, your preferred means of contact and your message. We use these details solely to deal with your enquiry and to arrange a consultation appointment. They are not passed on to third parties. The legal bases are Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (your consent, which you give via the checkbox in the form) and Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures). You may withdraw your consent at any time without formality; the lawfulness of processing carried out up to that point remains unaffected.

5. Map / external content

On the contact page we embed a map from Google Maps (provider: Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland). The map is loaded only after you have explicitly clicked “Load map”. Before that, no connection to Google is established and no data is transferred. After your consent, your browser transmits in particular your IP address to Google. We store your decision solely locally in your browser (localStorage, key “fr-map-consent”); no cookie is set for it. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. Further information: https://policies.google.com/privacy. You can bypass the map at any time and use the text link to Google Maps instead, which likewise transfers data only when clicked.

6. Hosting

This website is hosted by a service provider in a data centre in Germany. The host processes the server log files described above on our behalf on the basis of a data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

7. No analytics or advertising cookies

This website sets no analytics, tracking or advertising cookies. No analytics services, no social media plugins and no external font services are embedded; the fonts used are served from our own server. The only value stored locally is your own decision about loading the map. For this reason this website needs no cookie banner.

8. SSL/TLS encryption

For security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content, this website uses SSL or TLS encryption. You can recognise an encrypted connection by the fact that the browser address bar begins with “https://”.
